Q. How do I request special requirements?
A. The Order Information page contains a box for freetext, use this box to customise your order. If we do not have the sandwich of your choice on our meu, please login, and go straight to the Checkout page, and use the free text box to place your order.

Q. How do I pay?
A. All orders are currently Cash On Delivery (COD).

Q. Why do I need to register?
A. All orders are cash on delivery (COD) so we need to confirm your address and that you fall within our Bristol area code.

Q. What are the delivery times?
A. You may place an order the same day. Order before 10:30am for delivery by 12.30. Or order before 11.30 for delivery between 1 -2 pm.

Q. How do I know that you have accepted my order?
A. You will receive a confirmation email from us, confirming that your order has been received.

Q. Can I place the same order without going through the whole site again?
A. Yes, once you have registered, you will be able to click on the tab "My Account" and then choose a previous order again.
